Domino's Pizza

Pizza is great! But all compliant made are true/longer then usual waite time/order might be wrong and people afraid of there own shadows.They waite in the car / they are actually afraid to delivery the pizza. Pizza great Service sucks.If there was another pizza chain near by that delivery /they would be out of business.

I go to this excellent restaurant often as I love the ambiance that is part of this restaurant. The crew is awfuly welcoming and qualified. The service is pretty rapid. Most important, the food they prepare is outstanding. I visited more than once and I was always pleased. The expense is honest. I highly recommend this restaurant to all my friends.

Accidentally ordered a pepperoni pizza called the store to correct it. They still sent it out knowing I told the person am vegetarian. This store is horrible. Now my money is down the drain.

Service was sooo slow. Seems like they don't know what they're doing. Better replace all the staff in this location. Or retrain all of them. They don't give official receipt separately. All they give was the one on the side box. That's it. Definitely NOT GOING BACK.

Started getting burned pizza three hours late. Thought if I gave it a break something would change. I order and get a pizza with pineapple that I didn't order while I have someone in my home with an allergy to pineapple. I'm not even wasting time here anymore I'm going to social media. Hope Rockaway options continue to grow

You gotta be kidding me .....the delivery driver pretty much begged me for a tip then he forgets my drinks. An hour and half later I finally get my drinks..... I'll never tip them again ...

Never again! HORRIBLE SERVICE. I prepaid and added a tip for the driver. She didn't want to deliver my order to my apartment. "I have a child with me", I said. She had the gaul to tell me bring my child downstairs. If my kid wasn't hungry I would have canceled that order.

Pizza is well done here but I would stay away from oven roasted sandwiches. Their only saving grace is the pizza. Never buying a sandwich from there again.

Nasty over the phone rude.

I waited almost 2 hours for my delivery. I called the place several times and the Indian/Pakistani man that answered was yelling and raising his voice at me. At no point during the conversation was I rude or upset. I simply asked at what time will the driver be arriving. I told him that I had received 2 messages from 2 different drivers and wanted to know when could I expect them. The man on the phone continued to yell and stated "who cares about your money" and hung up the phone on me. I called back again and after waiting on hold for 10 minutes, I calmly asked, "sir could you make sure that I receive a refund because the order came... but it's ice COLD" He immediately slams the phone down and hangs up. I will NEVER order from this place again. If it wasn't so late, I would be walking the sidewalk in front of the establishment protesting your presence in our neighborhood. Absolutely DISGUSTING!!!

They are nasty customer service is horrible and the manager is the worst of them all. Anytime there is extremely poor customer service theres a Manger condoning and is just as nasty they need to fire and and the staff and start over... I wish no star was an option

They were always fast and the drivers very friendly. The pizzas and other dishes is the Domino standard so I give four stars for delivery and friendliness as everyone knows what Domino's offers.I use it from time to time after my move to Far Rockaway and I cannot complain.

The Pizza is really delicious. The staff is very busy while dealing with customers as well as answering the phone. But he is responding to oir request at the same time.The place is very narrow. The whole experience is Good

I ordered 2 pizza Timothy to toke care of my pizza which toke 1hr 30 mins the pizza was delivered cold so I had to return it, called the store tu refund my money the person who answered left on the line for 10mins and handed up, I will like my money back please

Worst delivery service. It takes along time . Sometimes more than an hour.

The customer service is horrible. You go in the store to pick up your order and they totally ignore your presence. You try to get their attention and they ignore you. It is as if you are standing at the pick up window for your health. To make matters worst, they get the order wrong. Never again...

Delivery driver was very rude. Disregarded further instructions that I added for my delivery. He left with my food and told me I would have to wait 30 mins for him to bring it back. When I called the store to speak to the manager Mohammad he wasn’t helpful at all and really seemed like he didn’t care! Very poor customer service !!!

If I could rate negative stars, I would. This place is the worst! I waited almost an hour for my delivery, and they are only a few blocks away. They sent me a text telling me they were on their way, my husband was waiting downstairs for them for 40 minutes. I called multiple times to find out where the delivery driver was, and the woman hung up on me. The worst part is that I'm pregnant and I wasn't feeling good enough to cook tonight. I'll never order Domino's again.

Best Pizza. Wish I could say the same thing about their ordering system and delivery. They need to sharpen things and make the smoother. Many customers will return to order from Dominos.

I called tonight to place an order, and was placed bbn on hold for about 5 minutes then the guy hung up the phone. And when I called back and asked why I was hung up on he raised his voice and said do I want to order or what. I refuse to give this kind of place my business. So

They often forget to add specialty sauce then offer to return but never do. Food is often cold due to length of time it takes to make the delivery. Calling the corporate office hasn’t helped improve their service.

Domino's Pizza in far rockaway this domino's pizza is so ghetto when you order food for delivery they take forever I know when you order from domino's there is a wait but this domino's wait time is ridiculous and then when you food finally arrives it's cold and nasty and then I call to complain and I was on hold for 10 mins then they finally pick up and I explain my food was cold and the pizza was all mess up they did not give me my double cheese or pepperoni or double bacon and the guy calls me a liar curse me out and hangs up on me NEVER EVER BUY FOOD HEAR YOU BETTER GETTTING POP JOHN'S because there's only one domino's that serve the whole far rockaway unless u going to drive into long island

This store doesn’t even deserve the 1 star. Their service SUCKS. The pizza is ALWAYS COLD or WRONG. They need to be completely retrained or replaced because the customer service is TERRIBLE and that includes the manager. By far the WORST experiences at a dominos.

Ordered online at 9pm went at 930pm order was not ready. We waited patiently. Our order was finally ready at 950pm. As the customer rep was about to give my son the pizza and bread twist another customer walked in with a complaint and the rep gave our food to the other customer. Then proceed to give my son the food that the other woman brought back in and was complaining about. I see there are many complaints on here so I know this wont go anywhere cause clearly dominos does not care about its name or our community

I wish I could give a negative star or bronze. This location is the worst and the sad part is that dominos wont allow another franchisee to open a better store in this area. If the foods not the problem, then it's the 1+ hr for delivery. If the delivery isn't the problem, then it's the rude customer service via phone. I've emailed and complained but I guess the dominos head quarter gave up. I guess we should support the competition, since Domino's does care about the service they provide.

worst service. I ordered a pizza from 14 and they sent me one from 8 and they charged me from 14. Call and they hung up on me. they never gave me an answer. bad service ice cream pizza all bad. don't buy there

Terrible with delivery, they come to the complex and expect people to run to them even when a note is stated in the delivery instructions. The driver calls once I stand outside for ten minutes and never got my food . Then he says they canceled my order . But keep in my I’m paying cash standing outside at 3:14am in the morning. Please find better driver who are please to do there job correctly.

Hands down worst service I've ever experienced. I did all my ordering online to avoid all the waiting and when they told me it was ready for pick up i walked over to pick it up to only be ignored for 40 minutes. When they finally asked for my name i was handed two large cold pizzas which i refused to take unfortunately i paid in debt and have to wait 3 days for my refund :( at least i found a good local pizza shop only two blocks away with great service
